SHIPPING IS ABSOULTELY FREE!. IP address and your internet service provider is logged to our system for proper order validation. Any fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law with local law enforcement.

Shipping will be prepared soon upon receipt of your complete registration and payment details. For overseas orders, please allow us to ship your ordered items for approximately 2-3 days to validate your information, correct and prepare your specification and find the best product fit to your car.

If CarPartsMall delivered mismatch products according to the specifications provided by the customer, we encourage you to call our couriers to pick the items up from your door free of charge. Your money will be back within 24 hours upon the receipt of the items and recommendation from our Logistics team.

If the client fails to give the EXACT specifications or has given inaccurate details of specifications for the vehicle, CarPartsMall is not liable to the mistake. Your money is automatically treated as payment for the parts you have ordered.
 
Please be careful and honest when placing orders and give the right specifications. It is very important to take your accurate measurements so that we can send the right fitting products to you.

Returns are not allowed for special order, on-sale products or misled specifications. Products that are already installed and have been modified in its original state will not be honored.

CarPartsMall carefully packs and checks orders before it goes to shipment. If the damage occurs during transit, the damage is held responsible by the courier and the customer can claim the damage directly to the courier service.

The courier inspects the orders and packaging. If you have seen damage in the package or any loss, you have the right to refuse to accept the delivery. The courier service shall pay and return it to us.

Cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, orders can be cancelled within 7 days starting from the order date. No cancellation will be accepted for orders that are already shipped. There are products that are “no return or exchange” policy. Exchanges are applicable only to the defective products. Customer is responsible for returned shipping cost.

Products sold by CarPartsMall Online are sold “as is” to the customer. We do not offer warranty on any of the products sold unless specifically noted. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product.
